3.How do I register for an account?
Click here to see the 'new member' form. Fill in all necessary details and click 'proceed'.
Our resources are free, but do we do charge £11 postage per 1000 items for orders over 500 items. We also may charge a percentage towards printing for very large orders, please email publications@cancer.org.uk for more information.
Yes, you need to be registered with us, click here to register. Once you are a member you will be able to choose the 'invoice payment' option when checking out.
We do, ordering online will bring you to a secure credit/debit card payment stage using WorldPay.
Orders usually take 5 working days. If you haven't receive your order after this time and you know that payment was processed and an email confirmation received please contact us with your order number.

All our resources have been accredited by the Information Standard. The vast majority of leaflets are strictly updated every two years and all of them are dated by month and year.

11.Why won't the new site accept my email address or password?
Previously we did not allow people to log in/register. This means that when you visit the new site for the first time you will need to register as a new user.You can also buy without logging in or becoming a member - just choose this option when you check out.
12.Can I order your resources in large quantities and adapt them for my campaign?
We welcome the use of our health information in a variety of settings and would be happy to discuss how our resources can support any health promotion campaign. Our resources are developed using up to date evidence and audience insight and we are able to work with other organisations to adapt our existing artwork to suit local and individual needs.
13.Do you offer any resources in large print?
All of resources can be made into large print. please contact publications@cancer.org.uk or call 0203 469 8333.
14.How can I donate to Cancer Research UK?
You can visit our Support us page and enter your details. Alternatively you can ask for a donation of your choice to be added to the invoice for your publications order.
