How do I register for an account?

Click here to see the 'new member' form. Fill in all necessary details and click 'proceed'.

How much do your resources cost?

Our resources are free, but do we do charge £11 postage per 1000 items for orders over 500 items. We also may charge a percentage towards printing for very large orders, please email for more information.

Can I pay with an invoice?

Yes, you need to be registered with us, click here to register.  Please then contact us at and we will set up your account so that you can pay via invoice online.

Do you take credit card payments?

We do, ordering online will bring you to a credit card payment stage using WorldPay.

How do CRUK staff receive free delivery?

Please set up an account and email or call 020 3469 8333 to allow free delivery on your account. 

How do I know the information is up to date?

All our resources have been accredited by the Information Standard. The vast majority of leaflets are strictly updated every two years and all of them include a date.
